Last year an investigation into Professional Laboratory and Research Services Inc. (PLRS) discovered the intense abuse that over 200 dogs and 50 cats suffered. I won't go into details but the treatment of the lab animals that was caught on tape was beyond cruel and not anything to do with testing products. The company was supposed to testing pet products like flea and tick medications, but when unaffiliated pain is inflicted on an animal or basic necessities like food and water are withheld then that is animal abuse
